EOA offers both direct project delivery and consultancy. Having been
a highly successful local regeneration agency EOA now operates across
the UK and in Europe. Introduction
EOA, also known as East Oxford Action, is a small, dynamic and very unusual consultancy working in regeneration, skills development, place shaping, cultural events, business support, capacity building, evaluation and a range of other areas. Our range of work is diverse but our approach is always the same. We believe that communities have the answer and that regeneration should be rigorous. We are highly skilled at working with people to make a lasting and positive impact in their community, programme or organization.
