Welcome to EOA
EOA offers both direct project delivery and consultancy. Having been
a highly successful local regeneration agency EOA now operates across
the UK and in Europe. Management systems
EOA has considerable experience of setting up and managing the
appropriate systems fora variety of contracts and grants, including European Social Fund and development agency
area initiatives. A recent LSC audit of EOA systems found them to be 100% correct. EOA
offers support and consultancy to others on setting up systems.
EOA has been contracted by a number of organisations to provide management services,
e.g. EOA was contracted by Oxfordshire County Council to set up the LAA monitoring
framework and Business Link Solutions contracted EOA to provide project management
and administration for two partnership projects (Snakes & Ladders project and Stepladders)
working with people with mental health problems.

Partnerships & consortia
It has been increasingly clear that
partnership and consortium bidding is the only way smalland medium size organisations and social enterprises will be able to access contracts and other funding in the future. EOA has developed a specialism in this field - offering :
- Training - EOA ran a workshop on the subject at the recent SEERN conference and gave the keynote speech at the North Glasgow Regeneration Conference
- Setting up consortia - EOA led on the creation of the Area Programme for Oxfordshire, which is currently delivering over £1 million regeneration projects to deprived communities in Oxfordshire
- Leading consortia and
partnerships - EOA is currently leading a Skills For Jobs consortium,
helping workless people get employment
- Setting up the systems to manage consortia and partnerships
- Evaluation services.

Project planning, fundraising & tendering
EOA has a long track record of
successful project delivery. Key to that has been project development
combined with writing successful funding bids and tenders. EOA offers:- Project development using participatory and empowerment methods (including empowerment evaluation)
- Background research
- Writing funding bids - to the LSC, Lottery funders, local and central government, trusts
- Writing tenders
- Training and consultancy in all
